Well, well, well!
Still on the GM Cleanse.
Day 3: We were able to eat fruit and veggies, all day. That was just great, but I really don't care to see another fruit or vegetable any time soon. Today, I craved peanut butter! I really wanted to just sit down with a jar of peanut butter and a spoon and have at it, but I didn't.
I stuck to the diet, and still haven't lost any more weight. I'm even working out.
Day 4: Bananas and Milk, and the Wonder Soup.
Oh, I cannot tell you how happy I was to drink some milk. (Now, I'd really like a tall glass of milk.)
The Wonder Soup consisted of cabbage, onion, jalapenos (supposed to be green peppers, but these are green and they are peppers), celery, canned tomatoes, and onion soup mix. It doesn't sound like a great meal, but let me tell you it is delicious! Especially after starving for 3 days. We could eat unlimited amounts of this soup. Beware, it might make some gassy. I'm just saying.
At this point, I wanted cheese. Come to think of it, I still do.
Sorry, I thought this posted yesterday, but I started writing today's post and here it sat. 🙁
